If manually formatted/hyperlinked however, you can pass this restriction. Formatted links do not count towards the 19 link limit. So you can have 19 unformatted links and however many formatted links in a single comment for example. Remember to keep pressing that spacebar after unformatted links to avoid getting the wrong link issue, where your links end up linking to the bottom most link in your comment.
